The software underlying the Joluwya platform, including all code, algorithms, APIs, and technical infrastructure related to payment processing system automation, constitutes proprietary technology. This software is licensed, not sold, and is protected under applicable intellectual property frameworks.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform or its features may be used by Joluwya freely and without obligation to you, including for the development of new features or products.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
The platform may incorporate third-party software, open-source components, or licensed materials. Such components are subject to their respective licence terms. Joluwya makes reasonable efforts to comply with all applicable third-party licences and to credit contributors where required.

7. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

- A statement under penalty of applicable law that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

9. Repeat Infringer Policy
Joluwya reserves the right to terminate, at its discretion, the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of Joluwya or third parties. Repeat infringement determinations are made on a case-by-case basis following review of submitted notices and relevant account activity.
10. Open Source Acknowledgements
